Night Agent Protocol offers certain products through subscription purchase options. These subscriptions allow customers to receive refill products on a recurring schedule at a discounted rate.

Subscriptions are optional and may be canceled at any time according to the terms outlined below.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Subscription Terms

When you purchase a product through a subscription option, you authorize Flags For Fun LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis based on the selected delivery interval.

Subscription products may include:

  • Mouth Tape Refills

  • Nasal Strip Refills

  • Bundle Refill Packs

Subscription discounts may vary and are displayed at checkout.

Billing Schedule

Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the delivery schedule selected during checkout.

Common subscription intervals may include:

  • Every 30 days

  • Every 60 days

  • Every 90 days

Charges will occur automatically until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription by:

  1. Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings

  2. Contacting customer support

Once canceled, no future charges will occur.

Modifying Subscriptions

Customers may modify their subscription at any time, including:

  • changing delivery frequency

  • updating shipping address

  • updating payment information

  • pausing future shipments

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to apply to the upcoming order.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are subject to our Refund Policy.

Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • we may attempt to process the payment again

  • shipment may be delayed until payment is successful

If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, the subscription may be automatically canceled.

Price Changes

Night Agent reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.

Customers will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate:

  • billing information

  • shipping address

  • payment method

Night Agent is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
