30-Day Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The product is in original packaging

The product is in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
